چکیده
In this study, three SBCs are developed as (i) SBC with phase change material (PCM: waste cooking oil and C 4 H O 3 ), (ii) a novel nanocomposite PCM (NPCM), (iii) without NPCM. The proposed cooker integrated NPCM (MgAl 2 /Ni/Fe -PCM) was experimentally its performance evaluated using fuzzy logic Cramer's rules, image processing techniques. results indicated that the implementation of bar plate absorber coated MgAl /Ni-doped, Fe nanoparticles, increases cooker's internal temperature up to 164.12 °C. used materials were in average particle size 20 ?m. verified segmentation process. SBC's thermal enhancement 11% comparison Additionally, overall NPCM, PCM, obtained 24.90–33.90%, 24.77–45.20%, 31.77–56.21%, respectively. Moreover, achieved 163.74 °C, 147 113.34 °C for respectively, under solar radiation 1,037 W/m .

Improvement of thermal performance of a solar chimney based on a passive solar heating system with phase-change materials
Passive solar systems such as solar chimneys need solar radiation in order to work. Therefore, they cannot present stable natural ventilation when solar energy vanishes: to have a more robust and stable condition, solar energy should be stored during the day and released back during the night. Phase change materials can save additional thermal energy during the day and release it during the...

متن کاملTwo-Phase Nanofluid Thermal Analysis over a Stretching Infinite Solar Plate Using Keller Box Method (KBM)
In the present study, two-phase nanofluid flow in a three-dimensional system is modeled over a stretching infinite solar plate and the heat transfer analysis is performed for this problem. The governing equations are presented based on previous studies and the suitable solution method is recommended due to infinite boundary condition in the problem. Keller Box Method (KBM) using the Maple 1...
متن کاملThermal Management Using “ Dry ” Phase Change Materials
The thermal response characteristic of a hybrid cooler that is charged with a “dry” solid-solid phase change compound is evaluated. A mathematical model that simulates the performance of a cooler/heat storage unit is formulated. A prototype heat sink that incorporates heat storage using a “dry” PCM is tested, and used to benchmark the simulation model. Different heating and cooling strategies a...
